Journey in Ink 知己。墨。若悟" is a journey of self discovery through Chinese ink that documents my trips to World Vision communities in Cambodia, Myanmar, Jerusalem, Zambia and India during 2009-2014. My art works highlight the beauty of the rural landscape, the villagers and their animals.
The trips have taken me to places I have never dreamt of going. Chinese ink has become a medium for me to connect with my roots and to express the cultural diversity of these communities. It is with a sense of abundance, gratitude and joy as I finished each painting.
Through the exhibition, I hope you can experience the beauty of these communities and the joy of being a child sponsor. Help a child in the World Vision ADP make his or her dream come true. Fifty percent of the proceeds from the sale of my art works will be donated to World Vision.
